EXTENDED STAY TERMS & CONDITIONS – Fraser Suites Perth
Method of Payment
Payment of your account can be made in the following ways
· By credit card by clicking on the supplied link. A surcharge of 1.5% applies for all credit card payments
· EFT direct deposit
· The hotel can issue an invoice (upon completion and approval of our credit application form).
We must receive these payments details prior to check in. Please advise the hotel of your preferred method of payment so that we may prepare accordingly.
Payment terms
For accommodation over fourteen (14) consecutive days we request an amount equalling to a fortnight’s (x14 days) payment in advance seven (7) days prior to the check-in date. Accommodation charges for subsequent months are to be paid fortnightly in advance. Incidental charges including mini bar, dry cleaning, laundry, breakfast or parking are to be settled every fourteen (14) days. An account detailing any incidentals accrued will be issued to you directly.
CANCELLATION & PRETERMINATION POLICY
Cancellations
All cancellations or pre-terminations must be communicated in writing to the Hotel’s Account Manager. Upon receipt of advice the Hotel will notify you in writing of any cancellation fees or rate amendments that apply. For any cancellations after we receive the signed agreement, the hotel reserves the right to impose the following charges:
Cancellations received within 7 days of the check-in date may incur a fee equal to three (3) nights.
Should the cancellation occur prior to the seven (7) day period, there will be no cancellation fee applied.
No Show Fee
For contracted long stay reservation, a three (3) nights’ no-show fee will apply.
Pre-terminations
Section One:
In a situation where the duration of stay is reduced from that agreed in the contract, an early termination fee will apply to the following affect:
The rates quoted have a minimum stay nights – Please refer to your agreement
· Should the length of the stay have already exceeded the minimum nights, and 72 hours’ notice is provided then the reservation
will incur no penalty
· Should the length of the stay have already exceeded the minimum nights, and 72 hours’ notice is not provided, then an early
termination fee of three nights will apply from the new agreed date of departure.
Section Two:
In a situation where the duration of the stay is reduced from that agreed in the contract, and the minimum stay requirements have not been met, an early termination fee will occur to the following affect:
· Should the number of nights stayed not exceed 25% of the contracted minimum stay requirements, then a fee of seven (7)
nights will apply
· Should the number of nights stayed not exceed 50% of the contracted minimum stay requirements, then a fee of three (3)
nights will apply
· Should the number of nights stayed exceed 50% of the contracted minimum stay requirements, then the above section one
applied
In all cases a revised tax invoice will be presented to the guest and/or client for payment prior to departure. In situations where the deposit has been paid by American Express and a refund needs to be done, the following conditions apply:
Extensions
All requests for extensions must be received in writing via email. The Hotel will issue a letter to confirm the extension of stay as it is a requirement of the Hotel that this letter is signed either by the guest, their relocation agent or an authorized representative of their employer prior for confirmation. All rate extensions are not automatically renewed at existing rate. All rates will be re-negotiated based on availability at time of request.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tax & Service Charges
· Rates quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax)
· A service fee of 1.5% will be charged for payment by credit/debit card.
Peak Event Dates
Please note that during the peak event dates, accommodation is subject to availability and surcharges may apply.
Housekeeping service
The accommodation rate quoted includes one mid-week servicing per week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday). If you would like additional servicing, please contact Front Office Team. Please note, if your allocated day for servicing falls on a public holiday, the room will be serviced on the next normal business day.
Additional Housekeeping Service Rates:
· Monday to Friday – $20.00 per additional service
· Saturday or Sunday or Public Holiday – $30.00 per additional service
Parking
The Hotel has parking in the basement in Fraser Suites allocated bays. This is subject to availability and charged on a per night based ($15.00 per night). Please note that there are also several alternative parking stations within a 5-minute walk of the property – please ask our Front Office team for assistance if directions are required.
Check-in and check-out times
· Check in: 15:00
· Check out: 11:00
Late check-out Policy
The standard check out time is 11:00. We will gladly hold and store luggage after the departure time and will make available shower and change room facilities and will advise if charges apply. Should you wish to hold the suite after the check-out time, a late check-out fee equal to 50% of the daily tariff up until 16:00 will apply. Should you require the suite after 16:00 on the day of departure a full days’ tariff will apply.
Food & Beverage
Our restaurant, Heirloom by Pete Evans, is open daily for breakfast lunch and dinner. Menus are designed by Australian celebrity chef Pete Evans and offer seasonal, local produce.
· Breakfast Opening Hours:
o Weekdays: 6:00am – 10:0am
o Weekends: 07:00am – 11:00am
· Dinner Opening Hours:
o Daily 5:00pm – 9:30pm
Smoking Policy
Fraser Suites Perth is a 100% non-smoking property. A charge of AUD$350.00 applies to any guests smoking within our hotel premises.
No Party Policy
For the comfort and consideration of all our guests, please note that we have a strict No-Party Policy. The maximum number of guests able to be in your suite at any one time is as follows:
Studio room (Deluxe & Premier) 2 adults
One Bedroom (Deluxe, Executive & Premier) 2 adults + one additional person
Two Bedroom Premier 4 adults + one additional person
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking for accommodation at Fraser Suites Perth. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for all guests and visitors to the room.
Children & Additional Person Policy
Child Policy: All Children under 12 years are complimentary, when sharing with adults or using existing bedding and not exceeding maximum room type occupancy. Extra Bedding can be organised at $80.00 per day, subject to availability.
Additional Person Charge: All room only rates are for Single or Double occupancy. An extra person charge of $80.00 per person applies to all bookings that are triple or Quad (except 2 Bedrooms where the extra person cost applies to the 5th person).
