 Extended Stay – Terms & Condition (Sydney)

Reservations Guarantee
In order to secure the reservation, please sign the contract within 48 hours period.
 
Method of Payment
Payment of your account can be made in the following ways;
  • By credit card by clicking on the supplied link. A surcharge of 1.5% applies for all credit card payments
  • EFT direct deposit
  • The hotel can issue an invoice (upon completion and approval of our credit application form).
We must receive these payments details prior to check in. Please advise the hotel of your preferred method of payment so that we may prepare accordingly.

​*Fraser Suites Sydney is now a cashless property, all payments will be required via a valid credit or debit card only.
 
Payment Terms
For accommodation over fourteen consecutive days we request an amount equaling to a fortnight’s (14 x days) payment in advance, prior to (or) upon check-in date. Accommodation charges for subsequent months are to be paid fortnightly in advance.
Incidental charges including mini bar, dry cleaning, laundry, breakfast or parking are to be settled every fourteen (14) days. An account detailing any incidentals accrued will be issued to you directly.
 
Extensions
All requests for extensions must be received in writing.  Hotel will issue a letter to confirm the extension of stay as it is a requirement of the Hotel that this letter is signed either by the guest, their relocation agent or an authorized representative of their employer prior to confirmation. All rate extensions are not automatically renewed at existing rate. All rates will be re-negotiated based on availability at time of request.
              
Cancellations/ No Show Policy
All cancellations or pre-terminations must be communicated in writing to the Hotel’s Account Manager.  Upon receipt of advice the Hotel will notify you in writing of any cancellation fees or rate amendments that apply. 
  • For contracted Long Stay reservations, cancellations received within seven (7) days of the check-in date, may incur a fee equal to three (3) nights.  Should the cancellation occur prior to the seven (7) day period, there will be no cancellation fee applied
  • For Contracted Long Stay reservations, if neither cancelled nor taken up by the client, a three (3) night’s no-show fee will apply. Any further reservation nights will automatically be cancelled.

Pre termination Policy
Section One:
Where the duration of stay is reduced from that agreed in the contract, an early termination fee will apply to the following affect,
  • Should the length of stay have already exceeded 21 nights, and 72 hours’ notice is provided, then the reservation will incur no penalty.
  • Should the length of stay have already exceeded 21 nights, and 72 hours’ notice is not provided, then an early termination fee of three (3) nights will apply from the new agreed date of departure.
 
Section Two:
               Where the duration of stay is reduced from that agreed in the contract, and the minimum stay requirements have not been met, an early termination fee will incur to the following affect,
  • Should the number of nights stayed not exceed 25% of the contracted minimum stay requirements, than a fee of seven (7) nights will apply.
  • Should the number of nights stayed not exceed 50% of the contracted minimum stay requirements, than a fee of three (3) nights will apply.
  • Should the number of nights stayed exceed 50% of the contracted minimum stay requirements, than the above Section 1 applies.

Housekeeping Service
The accommodation rate quoted includes One (1) weekly housekeeping service.  **** Additional housekeeping services can be arranged. An additional full service daily charge is $42.00, and an additional light service charge is $32.00.
 
Check In and Check Out Times
Check in:                15:00
Check out:              11:00
Should you arrive prior to the check in time, the hotel can assist to store your luggage until your room is ready.
 
Other Services and Facilities – Included in the nightly room rate
In Suite Internet Access
Indoor swimming pool, leisure facilities and gymnasium.
 
Porterage
Please note that a Porterage fee of $5.00 per item will be applied to guests with large amounts of belongings requiring storage/delivery at our hotel. Large amounts of belongings are deemed more than 6 large suitcases/bags/boxes/items per room.
 
Storage
Please note that our hotel does not offer a storage facility for large amounts of belongings. Large amounts of luggage which arrive to our hotel prior to the guests’ date of arrival or are left after the guests’ departure will incur a storage fee of $5.00 per item, per day and is subject to the hotel having the space available.
 
Car Parking
Extensive in house car parking is available with security access. Car Parking may be available at $30.00 per vehicle per day (discounted rate offered for extended stay guests only), however due to limited space only one car space is available per suite. The make, model and registration number is required to avoid vehicles being clamped and/or towed away at owner’s expense. 
 
Non-Smoking Floors
Fraser Suites Sydney is a 100% smoke free hotel. Our non-smoking policy is available for viewing on request.
Fraser Suites Sydney Terms and Conditions:
  1. You (our guest) agree that you will pay us (the Operator) the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise that you have departed from our rooms. 
  2. You agree that any charge for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.
  3. You agree that checkout time is 11:00am on the date shown for your departure unless we agree to another time.
  4. You agree departure after that time may incur additional room charges.
  5.  You agree that we will apply a charge if your required check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the previous day (pre-registration).
  6.  You agree to pay interim accounts when presented even though you may not have departed from our rooms.
  7.  You agree to advise us of any change in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration.
  8.  You agree you are and remain personally liable to pay the total amount due on departure unless prior settlement arrangements have been accepted by us. 
  9.  You agree to pay us for any excess cleaning, loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during period of use including that resulting from, but not limited to, excessive cleaning requirements, smoking, missing stock and equipment and physical damage.
  10.  You agree to return the security keycard for the room at the time of your departure.
  11.  You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the rooms, grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.
  12.  You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damage or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred.
  13.  ​You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws that apply to your stay.  We grant you a license to stay in our rooms and you agree that we may terminate the license at any time without giving you a reason.
