Reservations Guarantee
In order to secure the reservation, please sign the contract within 48 hours.

Payment Terms
All group bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card within 7 days of the booking being made.

Deposit and Payment Schedule
  1. Within 7 days of signed agreement – a deposit equal to 50% of total estimated accommodation is required.
  2. 14 days prior to event date – a deposit equal to 30% of total estimated accommodation is required.
  3. 7 days prior to event date – full payment of remaining 20% of estimated accommodation is required.
 
The client agrees to take full responsibility for all payments associated with the group. In the event the client fails to make payment in accordance with the above deposit schedule, the client will be deemed to have cancelled the group booking and the full cancellation policy will apply as per below.
 
A credit card guarantee is required regardless of selected payment method to cover any incidental, no shows charges incurred during the group accommodation or unpaid cancellation fees.


Cancellations/ No Show Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Hotel’s Account Manager. Upon receipt of advice the Hotel will notify you in writing of any cancellation fees or rate amendments that apply.

  1. Between 31 - 59 days prior to arrival – 50% of the estimated total accommodation costs will be charged. 
  2. Between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 80% of the estimated total accommodation costs will be charged. 
  3. Within 7 days of arrival – 100% of the estimated total accommodation cost will be charged. 
 
Accommodation Attrition Policy / Rooming List
Capri by Fraser, Brisbane reserves the right to request a preliminary rooming list between 90 – 30 days prior to arrival and release rooms if we feel the expected demand is not being met.

  1. 60 days prior to arrival – up to 50% unconfirmed rooms can be released back to the hotel without penalty. Any rooms released above the mentioned percentage will be subject to one night’s cancellation fee per room released.
  2. 30 days prior to arrival – rooming list is required. Up to 20% unconfirmed can be released back to the hotel without penalty. Any rooms released above the mentioned percentage will be subject to one night’s cancellation fee per room released.
  3. 7days prior to arrival – Final rooming list is required. Up to 10% unconfirmed can be released back to the hotel without penalty and all non-confirmed rooms are released back to the hotel. In addition, the following information is required;             
          - Arrival and departure times
          - Any specific instructions, eg bedding configurations

All rooms not utilized from the block will be subject to a fee in accordance with the Accommodation Attrition Policy. Additional rooms required will be subject to availability and sold at the Best Flexible Rate on the day.  

Any extension of the original room block is subject to availability and is subject to the same terms and conditions. This includes any Pre or Post accommodation required for individual rooms, offered at the same rate, or on our Best Flexible Rate.
 
Postponements
In the circumstance that a group booking may need to be postponed, the hotel will attempt to be flexible with new dates. The group accommodation must be rebooked within a 90-day period. The postponement of an accommodation can only be shifted once without penalties.
 
Housekeeping Service
Quoted accommodation rate includes daily housekeeping service. Please note that additional towels etc are available anytime by calling reception. 
 
Check In and Check Out Times
Check in:                15:00
Check out:              11:00
Should you arrive prior to the check in time, the hotel can assist to store your luggage until your room is ready.

Please Note: Early arrival will be strictly subject to availability, access prior to 3 pm is guaranteed only by pre-booking the night before.

Porterage
Please note that a Porterage fee of $5.00 per item will be applied to guests with large amounts of belongings requiring storage/delivery at our hotel. Large amounts of belongings are deemed more than 6 large suitcases/bags/boxes/items per room.
 
Storage
Please note that our hotel does not offer a storage facility for large amounts of belongings. Large amounts of luggage which arrive to our hotel prior to the guests’ date of arrival or are left after the guests’ departure will incur a storage fee of $5.00 per item, per day and is subject to the hotel having the space available.
 
Car Parking
Extensive in-house car parking is available with security access. Car Parking may be available at a discounted rate offered for group guests only, however due to limited space only one car space is available per room. The make, model and registration number is required to avoid vehicles being clamped and/or towed away at owner’s expense. 
 
Non-Smoking Floors
Capri by Fraser, Brisbane is a 100% smoke free hotel. Our non-smoking policy is available for viewing on request.

Circumstances beyond the control of the hotel
If the hotel is unable to provide the facilities or any other arrangements to perform the terms of this agreement due to circumstances beyond its decision or control, the hotel is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that may be incurred to the client.
The hotel waivers responsibility for;
  • Theft, damages or loss of goods brought on to the hotel premises.
  • Loss or damage of personal articles left in the hotel prior to, during or after this event.
  • The hotel car park is a public car park in which the hotel waivers responsibility for any theft, damage or loss to any vehicles or goods that may occur.
 


Capri By Fraser Standard Terms and Conditions:
  1. You (our guest) agree that you will pay us (the Operator) the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise that you have departed from our rooms. 
  2. You agree that any charge for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.
  3. You agree that checkout time is 11:00am on the date shown for your departure unless we agree to another time.
  4. You agree departure after that time may incur additional room charges.
  5. You agree that we will apply a charge if your required check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the previous day (pre-registration).
  6. You agree to pay interim accounts when presented even though you may not have departed from our rooms.
  7. You agree to advise us of any change in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration.
  8. You agree you are and remain personally liable to pay the total amount due on departure unless prior settlement arrangements have been accepted by us. 
  9. You agree to pay us for any excess cleaning, loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during period of use including that resulting from, but not limited to, excessive cleaning requirements, smoking, missing stock and equipment and physical damage.
  10.  You agree to return the security keycard for the room at the time of your departure.
  11.  You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the rooms, grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.
  12.  You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damage or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred.
  13.  ​You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws that apply to your stay.  We grant you a license to stay in our rooms and you agree that we may terminate the license at any time without giving you a reason.
